The Cleaner will not attempt to upgrade the program or check for program updates, database updates work as normal.
The Cleaner 2012 Portable is not suitable to be run off a CD/DVD-ROM, only a USB drive.

Fixed a file counting bug in the scan statistics.
Fixed the list of objects to be scanned in a full scan not clearing before another scan.
Expanded the patch for AVG to cover 2012 as well as 2013 versions.
Worked around a problem where AVG was crashing The Cleaner.
